Bitvavo serves SEPA-zone residents only, so a US resident cannot open an account. If you are in the US, Binance.US is the only exchange here with lower entry fees than Bitvavo’s 0.15% / 0.25%, in the states it covers. Coinbase and Gemini cover all 50 states at higher fees.
