Bybit does not serve US users: its Service Restricted Countries page, citing Section 11.3 of its Terms, lists the United States as an excluded jurisdiction. Below are seven Bybit alternatives that take US customers, compared on state coverage, spot fees and licenses.

A US exchange run by BAM Trading Services, separately from Binance.com, with 200+ assets and the lowest order-book fees here. It is not available in 12 states, including New York and Texas, and charges 3.99% on card buys.
A US exchange with a simple buy screen and the Coinbase Advanced order book, serving all 50 states. Its entry-tier fees are 0.40% maker / 0.60% taker, and the simple-buy spread is not published.

An exchange with instant buy and spot trading, serving US residents through CEX.IO Corp. only in states where it is licensed; New York is restricted. Entry spot fee is 0.25%, and card buys cost 0.49% to 4.99% plus a service charge.
In the US: Binance.US for the lowest spot fees where available, Coinbase for all 50 states, Kraken for active trading outside NY and ME.
Bybit is not an option for US residents under its own terms. Binance.US is the only exchange here with lower entry spot fees than Bybit’s 0.10%, but it excludes 12 states. Coinbase and Gemini cover every state at higher fees, and Kraken Pro suits active traders outside New York and Maine.
